1. Your Account
If you use the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when you registered.
3. Access to the Website
We will do our utmost to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Website and that transmissions will be without errors. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Your access to the Website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
4. Product Display
Images used throughout the catalogue are for illustration purposes only. While we strive to ensure that the correct images are used, this is not always possible and in some cases the image used may differ slightly from of the product itself.
Right of Retraction
N&S Flooring allows you 7 working days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. You can return the product within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and an approved RMA slip. We request that you send us any returned items by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the appropriate value. This is necessary should the good be lost or damaged in transit. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete packaging and in working condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product may not be refunded.
The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order. You can request a returns (RMA) number by emailing email@example.com. If the product is returned within 7 days of its delivery (the post mark being proof thereof) and meets the aforementioned requirements, the User will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially.
Cancelling Orders & Returning Faulty Goods
Requests to cancel orders or return faulty goods should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can cancel any order within 72 hours after we have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 7 days after they have been delivered to you. The right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete packaging and in working condition.
Please note that shipping fees are the client’s responsibility except if the product does not conform to the description of said product (the client is responsible for any damage done during the shipment of returned goods).
